Much like William Klein's other films, The Model Couple has a very strong message attached. Of course, being a William Klein film also means the strength of the plot is sacrificed for the message. An interesting film, but the message wasn't compelling or entertaining enough for me. Though, I rather liked the sets, costumes, and the two leads.
