honestly, i don’t even know if i wanted to have kids. but i wanted the choice.
i’ve been slacking w these reviews smh. moving onnnn, this gem is solid proof that we need more black sapphic media. i feel like with more context, it would’ve been even better, but i think felicia pride did a great job writing AND directing this. for that alone, she is def one of my new role models / aspirations. her directing style is so raw, and i’d LOVE to see a feature film from her. major potential there!
