This is one of the most uniquely captivating ideas for the suspense film genre. I've eagerly yearned to watch this film for years, perhaps even a decade, but somehow, it manages to slip my mind that this film exists.
Milla delivered an exceptional performance, but unfortunately, everything else fell disappointingly flat, more or less. Don't get me wrong, it's not a terrible film. There are moments when I yearn for them to infuse it with more substance. The pacing is commendable, and the character development is perceptible. However, my main qualm lies in the abundance of predictable clichés, such as the killer making a phone call to a young woman in a bustling club, prompting panic among all witnesses as soon as a lifeless body is discovered.
Nevertheless, "Faces in the Crowd" is a cinematic gem I would gladly revisit with my esteemed companions.
P.S. I unabashedly confess my adoration for Milla.
