I read 'Tales of the Unusual' quite some time ago, and I was surprised to randomly stumble upon this film adaptation of one of the most popular segments of the webtoon. Unfortunately, it's not very well-executed, and the story isn't long enough to warrant the hour and twenty minute run-time. The biggest problem is with the animation; I appreciate 3D animation when it's done well, but it's almost ridiculous here, with stiff character movements and frozen facial expressions. The terrible voice-acting doesn't help matters much, either. And then there's the actual plot, which doesn't lean fully into the horror (more specifically body horror) element and instead uses transphobia and body-shaming in an attempt to scare the audience - after the first twenty minutes or so the whole thing becomes painfully boring. I don't recommend Beauty Water at all; if you want body horror done well within the realm of beauty, go watch The Substance instead.
