People need bacteria to thrive, but the wrong ones will eat you up from the inside.
The worm-pairing as a metaphor for two unstable people eventually ruining each other is so beautiful, yet so false.
It rather symbolises the never ending love you feel for the right person.
“You gave me a heart”
“You gave me life”
I found the concept really entertaining, but the execution was just too bland for me. I needed more from the story. Though I love the slow visible progress of them making each other better, I simply needed some more emotion.
I feel like there was done exactly what needed to be done, it’s just a personal preference I guess.
