could’ve honestly been way worse but some of the acting was able to keep me intrigued in the story which was lacking all throughout and the cinematography kept me in awe

So I don’t like slave movies, dislike war movies even more and reallllly don’t like films without color but with all that aside it was still a good movie. It’s an incredible story about a strong man’s fight for freedom. Will smith does a great job and Carries the movie. It drags in some spot but when I put the pieces together of who the character is at the end I was shocked. If it wasn’t on Apple TV more people would be talking about this. Wanted to end black history month learning something new
