A perfectly lovely period romcom. Lots of negative reviews talking about how boring this was but I found it so enjoyable! It is perhaps a bit mellow but it has just the right amount of wit, charm, drama, and romance imo. Loved the leads and the whole cast really. The final proposal was beautiful – very reminiscent of P&P. A win in my book!
