I really needed to take some time to think about my opinion on this movie. I was unsurprisingly dazzled by PTA’s stellar style, but felt very lost in the story. I didn’t get what it was saying and I honestly didn’t get what was happening. While I like the theme of running to those who are always there for you, it’s a little weird when 1 person is 16 and the other is 28. I think that’s what confused the majority of this films viewers though so I’m glad I’m not alone in that sentiment. I still love PTA and his style and I can’t wait for One Battle After Another.
