Your Name Engraved Herein is visually stunning, and starts off with a lot of impact, but there's just something missing I can't quite put my finger on. I expected to bond a lot more with Jia-han and Birdy, but the plot became kind of formulaic and melodramatic, and the sudden cut to their future selves was pretty jarring and made the end feel rushed. I think the actors all did excellently, though, and I can't fault the camerawork and cinematography; overall, I'm glad I gave it a watch but I don't think it's good enough to warrant revisiting.
