Absolutely heartbreaking. I find it difficult to watch films like this sometimes because the love shown is almost too much to bear, and that's a big testament to the performances of James Norton and Daniel Lamont (who is so adorable and cherubic). Every small glance, every little gesture and smile between their characters is overflowing with love, so to know the outcome of their story is soul-destroying. No child (especially that small) should have to go through the death of a parent, but no parent should have to make these kinds of decisions either.
