I feel like this had great potential with the martial arts being good, story being interesting and I loved the old martial arts movie vibe, but a lot of the writing is so wonky tbh. Richard casually tells Bruce's identity out loud, Batman is ok with killing as he watches it happen and even tries to kill with his cape breh, lots of flashbacks, and Richard's role as the chosen one kinda came out of nowhere ngl, he just randomly got dragon powers out of nowhere. The "We are the dragon" line also felt so CW Flash... Fun watch tho

Batman: The Side Character of His Own Movie

There is pretty much zero Batman lore here, he just happens to be a character in this film. If you're okay with that before watching - then I can see anyone enjoying this film. It's fun, quick, climactic, and heartfelt. Strong <i>Kung Fu Panda</i> type of vibes here. The animation is super clean and the action is a lot of fun.

I think my binge of animated Batman movies for the past two weeks has now come to a stopping point. What a ride.
