This is so, so beautiful — every shot is a damn work of art. It would be amazing if there were a museum or gallery displaying every frame of this film, though the space for such a museum would probably have to be enormous. The sound is incredible too — folk songs combined with the hand-drawn frames in this style create an incredibly strong atmosphere, and realizing that it’s all hand-drawn just blows your mind.

Probably would have been a much better visual experience on a real movie screen instead of my fuck ass monitor.
Went into this completely blind and damn this movie did not go as i expected based off the first 30 minutes. 
Filled me with the same feeling of dread as something like requiem; would recommend.
