The mysterious murder of a US senator bearing the distinctive trademark of the legendary Soviet assassin 'Cassius', forces retired CIA operative, Paul Shepherson to team with rookie FBI agent, Ben Geary to solve the crime. Having spent his career chasing Cassius, Shepherdson is convinced his nemesis is long dead, but is pushed to take on the case by his former supervisor, Tom Highland. Geary, who wrote his Master's thesis on Shepherdson's pursuit of the Soviet killer, is certain that Cassius has resurfaced.

moooooolto carino e coinvolgente secondo me un po scontato in certi pezzi e trovo alcuni lievi buchi di trama TUTTAVIA è figo il film e ha tanti pregi,delle belle inquadrature e un acting molto buono che ho apprezzato davvero tanto,grande topher come sempre e il concept del serial killer è molto interessante

You know those dvds you see on spinner racks in off-brand roadside gas stations (or ‘travel plazas,’ depending on how nice they are)? The ones with slightly fuzzy cover art, vague plots, and casts that include either siblings of celebs or people with similar names to celebs? The kind you are supposed to watch at a cabin when it’s pouring and you are bored of doing jigsaws?

Well, this is one of those movies, though it inexplicably stars Richard Gere, Martin Sheen (well, he’s in a couple of scenes), & Topher Grace.
