Felt entranced by many aspects of this, it's SO strange but then, it'd have to be for me to feel that way <3 God I really just adore how peculiar the score is in this, it's comparable to 8-bit music tbh?

Still not entirely sure the version I watched was 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 "Sam's Song" as there's apparently three variations of this floating around (Sam's Song/The Swap/Line of Fire) but it did say "Sam's song" in the title card so it probably is LOL. It must just be the blue button-up shirt Sam's (Robert De Niro) wearing but his whole look reminds me a bit of Ash Williams from Evil Dead....

Watching this was an act of love cause I watched this with no subtitles, distorted (terrifying) music, 240p quality screen but if it means I can see Robert playing to shoot to himself, making poses and sharing a cigarette made with a page of the bible then I'm in! (The whole vibe this movie has is incredible cause it's slightly entertaining but also kinda unsettling how this is so damn buried and forgotten)
