I came for the Ryuichi Sakamoto soundtrack and throughly enjoyed all 2 hours and 47 minutes of this film. My favorite moment was a particular scene (I don’t want to spoil exactly when it’s used even though it’s history) where “Rain” by Ryuichi Sakamoto was played. My favorite character was the prison governor. Don’t think I’ll watch it again, at least for a while, purely because of the runtime.
