In Miami, Florida, biker gang leader Edward "Diablo" Santer is about to be executed for murder when he proclaims his innocence and vows revenge from the grave. When a mysterious biker comes to town during Spring Break festivities, leaving several teenagers electrocuted to death, some begin to suspect that Santer has made good on his promise.

so i was on my annual searching for new slasher films from the 1980s that i’ve never seen before and i had stumbled across this one that had been sitting in my watchlist for sometime and thought that today would be perfect for me to finally give it a watch and i’ve got to say that i had a pretty fun and enjoyable time with this like sure the plot in it isn’t anything new being brought to table and it’s your standard slasher film plot but im always gonna be one to eat them up every single time and also going into this one i was hoping for the characters to be semi likeable and i will say at first since this film does take place during the spring break that we were gonna have some sex obsessed characters which are my least favorite when it comes to horror film because their insufferable to watch and we do get presented with 2 male characters who would be the leads of our film and one of them was very unlikeable that when he got offed early on i was honestly very happy about it because then it just left us with the other male who was a bit more likeable and then we also get introduced to our female lead who i actually liked alot so i was very pleased with both leads now moving onto the deaths in this film and i’ve got to say that sure they were ones that weren’t some of the best and almost every single one of the victims died the exact same way and i was expecting atleast some creative ones but sadly wasn’t met with that but it wasn’t a problem for me because it didn’t take away from me still enjoying the film and honestly the deaths were a bit hilarious in my opinion and lastly onto the killer reveal in this film and i will say that first i did think that this was gonna be some supernatural like film with the killer coming back to alive and causing havoc onto others but that wasn’t the case at all because instead the killer wasn’t supernatural but rather a human being who’s motive behind his killings was honestly a very dumb reason to off people but i did expect it from the killer once he was revealed because he was a highly religious man who was against all of that stuff that was corrupting his own daughter so instead took it out on innocent people which i will say that i was a bit surprised by his revealing because i was expecting it to be the cop but man was i completely wrong the entire time anyways this is pretty much my thoughts on this film.

It started off so good...
The song on the opening credits got me so hyped up and then the rest of the film just disappointed.
It was so repetitive with some of the kills and especially the annoying guy that kept faking his death. It happened like 3 or 4 times and the people at the beach kept on falling for it. Like that's just dumb and annoying.
I like the beach aesthetic and the costumes of everyone.
The killer reveal was good and it made sense. Like the killer appeared to be a nice person but not too nice where you just couldn't see them as the killer and his motive was kinda good.
I would love to see a remake of this.
