Revisited this. It's a bit rough around the edges but it has its heart in the right place (sometimes) and I do love the overt display of black queer intimacy in it. Thomas Mackie is truly talented and no wonder he has gone on do some good work in a larger production.

I think this just needed a clearer vision and intent (and budget lmao) and it would've been an incredible story.

editing & writing is terrible but the cast is so pretty (also that one scene with the use of the T slur like 20 times… could’ve left that out!)

side note: um can we get a good written, directed & edited black gay movie soon? one without trauma and STD’s etc like not everything has to be traumatic. i just want a normal happy gay black movie pleasee! thank you
