Ich habe bislang nicht viel von der Creepshow Serie von Shudder gesehen, aber das Holiday Special war jetzt schon mal ein ganz solider Einstieg. Man merkt hier zwar schon stark das sehr kleine wirkende Budget und man bekommt hier auch überraschend wenig gore, dafür aber machten mir die Charaktere und vor allem die Prämisse wirklich viel spass.
Ein wirklich unterhaltsames und vor allem überraschend Cheesy/positiv gestimmtes Special :)

This was very cheesy and the characters are really strange, but fun overall.

This was okay, nothing too crazy. The story seemed inorganic and should not have included the holidays. The characters were fun and I did like most of them. The practical effects were good, but the whole ending reveal reminded me too much of Power Rangers. Also the end cameo was fun, but kind of wasted and I’m not sure how many of the target audience would appreciate it.
