Even though I vastly prefer 2D over 3D animation, I have to admit that Hotel Transylvania is a banger. It has a really interesting concept and execution, with great twists on some classic horror icons; the voice cast are excellent, too, especially Adam Sandler's almost unrecognisable Dracula voice. I'd say that the plot is pretty formulaic, but it's a kids' film, so I'm not gonna hold that against it too much. Overall, a really solid film that's always a lot of fun to revisit.
