The Hurricane
a decidedly minor ford. beautiful photography, a touching romance and an incredible disaster set piece are unfortunately bogged down by the bloated movie around them trying to juggle too much at once

The Hurricane
The Hurricane pulled me in with its enticing title. I was prepared for some hurricane action disaster havoc and so on. Now yes, I did get exactly that, however it sure did take it’s time getting there. This movie is very uch a romance/prison break melodrama and the hurricane comes in kind of awkwardly in the third act to spice things up and resolve some plot threads. But I got my disaster movie cool effects scene so I’m happy.
