ENVI*470 - “Environmental Problem Solving” class viewing! Bogotá, Colombia and Cape Town, South Africa were my two favorite cities covered in the film. I really appreciated the themes of community and the importance of developing from the citizen level, not from a Modernist perspective 30,000 feet in the air.
