I absolutely love this film and wish I got to see it in theatres.
The plot is beautiful; instead of the Beast being a romantic interest Suzu was able to help him and Tomo escape, as well as repair her relationships with the people around her and rediscover herself.
Belle's animation is absolutely gorgeous, especially inside U. The bright colour palette in U juxtaposed Suzu's drab life at first, but as she becomes more confident in her singing her reality also becomes more vivid. The Japanese voice-acting is perfect; it's not over-the-top and combined with the character designs makes everyone in the film feel realistic.
I love the soundtrack, and it may be one of the best scores to come out of anime. Every single song is epic and graceful, and Kaho Nakamura's voice complements all of them so well.
Every rewatch of Belle is breathtaking and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves films like Your Name and Weathering With You.
