Interesting in theory but it really does not go anywhere besides having a nice aesthetic and vibe. This could’ve stayed a short film

Delicious to watch and the kind of movie you go for when you think of Sundance. Because of how cool it feels. Even when it’s a thriller and there is some tension in it, you feel a certain calm watching it. Like visiting your mom and letting her tuck you in. These twins have been apart for some years but their connection feels super strong. It also felt just like playing with kaleidoscopic lenses and like being part of a game that involves getting rid of your problems for a few seconds while living someone else’s life.

Marian and Vivian, are estranged identical twins. Vivian is a stay-at-home wife who is struggling to conceive, while Marion is on the run from her past.

Everyone loves a good twin switch movie. Incredibly well done aesthetically. Runs a little long, especially in the middle, but it's a good and fun watch. I have to assume most of the drag comes from the constant cutting back and forth between the two twins.

It gives time to let the characters develop, but all the development is superficial in the first place. You can tell this was a short film at one point and that really bogs it down.
