Well that was definitely the most gorgeous movie I’ve seen this year. I had no idea it was documentary until halfway through when I looked it up.
I love the Malicky feel of the poetry interspersed throughout. The “documentary” part is so beautifully framed that it doesn’t feel like a documentary and feels more like an Alfonso Cuaron or Pawel Pawlikowski film.
I need to watch again as I found out my roommate had covid halfway through so my anxiety made it hard to concentrate, but it’s so good!!
