for one of my uni classes i had to watch this short and write about it… very nice very inspiring and i LOVED how it was shot.
the wide shot of the composer looking at these pieces of sheet music in a warmly-lit room while everything else in the frame is pitch black … chefs kiss

The way this was shot and to some extent directed really ruined it for me, I just can’t get behind the extreme closeup conversation.

Triggered my Green Book PTSD, but the grandfather and grandson relationship was too sweet for me not to enjoy this.

A intriguing documentary about the black experience and what the older generation wants compared to their modern offspring.
