watched this a bunch as an 8yo only because it had mammoths and a sabretooth in it and I loved prehistoric shit, but couldn't remember if it was any good so decided to watch it as an adult.

just boring action movie slop, idk what else to say about it. not even gonna talk about the historical inaccuracies as idek if it's TRYING to be accurate. at least the mammoths were fun.

It takes huge liberties with history , like entire tribes speaking English , which pulls you out of the world.
the characters are underdeveloped , so their struggles don’t feel meaningful.
some shots are visually interesting , but overall the pacing and inaccuracies make it frustrating to watch.
