Homeward Bound meets A.I. through the eyes of a donkey named E.O.
This film manages to give perspective on the different faces of humanity, which I found compelling. Not every human is evil, not every human is good—and much like E.O., the chaos we encounter every day will never impede the spirit of searching for connection.
Although I felt some editing could have been crisper, the cinematography communicated so much emotion in a film that is otherwise scarce with words. In the end, I was left with a heartache that sits in the belly, and I’m hugging my dog that much tighter.
