“i travel all around the city, go in and out of locomotives, all alone”
this was just such an amazing performance by björk, she performs nearly all the songs from debut (except venus as a boy + TMTLTT) and i’ve got to say for a lot of these songs, i didn’t love them their studio version, but think they actually sound better as live songs. two songs definitely being aeroplane and the anchor song, they seem to have more life here. this probably wasn’t my favourite performance by her, but there’s so much energy, her vocals are immaculate and the band playing in the background goes to an equal level or even surpasses the studio versions. a really great set list of all her pre post era songs.
