Pretty cool. The 60's animations style is brilliant and fits this short very well. Pretty generic otherwise. I wish we got to see ted kord and the question in DC media more. I rate 7.5/10

Hand to heart Ted Kord is a top 5 character for me, absolutely delighted to see him doing anything but being shot in the dome. And it’s been a good week for being surprised by Vic Sage. Cackled for 15 minutes straight.
