Blue Velvet is a pretty flawless movie with easily one of the better endings in all of film. The more David Lynch films I see, the more I’m able to recognize him for the truly unique visionary he was. I feel like all of his films are the exact feeling and atmosphere I want from a film. Every member of the cast was on point with their performances. I don’t know how else to put it other than I just love how his films make me feel, I’m filled with an overwhelming sense of dread and anxiety, but also hope and joy. There’s so much in my mind that I don’t know how to express and I feel like these films are just speaking directly to my soul. Anyways, this was really, really good, I’m definitely going to start watching Twin Peaks soon!
