Ok, before I start, I need to say this. I went into this movie knowing that it’s a guy ritchie movie and knowing that it’s based on a true story, very loosely based on the true story so I went in with the mindset of this being a fictional story. If yo go into this looking for a historically accurate movie, you will hate it, if you go into it with the mindset of pure entertainment, I’d say you would like it. It’s a super ADHD driven movie, super quirky. Definitely a Guy Ritchie movie in a nutshell. I will admit, it do get a little bit repetitive and boring when they just walked around with silencers blasting all those nazi fucks away. It felt a bit lazy to me. I also have a pet peeve towards silencers because I’ve heard what they sound like on a real weapon and it’s still loud as shit. They are just easy cinema cop outs and always irked me, but for this movie I did throw away my realism side of my brain for the enjoyment of this flick. I was thoroughly entertained. It’s fun and eventful, a bit nerve racking at times. I would say I never felt like any of the characters were actually in any sort of danger though. They didn’t really seem to go through a huge struggle, it seemed like this was a breeze to them, which did drag this movie down a lot but I was entertained. It’s not really a good movie in any way but it’s super entertaining nonetheless. I feel like I complained more than I praised this film but I really enjoyed myself during this, it’s just a really fun and quirky movie. I’ll definitely watch this again.
