I chose to watch Kimi on a whim during a very long flight, and I was pretty surprised at how good it was. The concept isn't anything particularly new, but the acting and execution carry it. Zoë Kravitz was excellent as Angela, and I think the rest of the cast were pretty decent too. I absolutely loved Angela's hair/wardrobe and apartment; the camerawork and cinematography matched the slightly eccentric vibe both indoors and out-and-about, as well as the delightfully whimsical soundtrack. However, the final third of the film felt very rushed, and that really brought down the entire watching experience. All in all, though, a great way to spend an hour and a half 12,000 metres in the air.
