paranormal Funny Games but they’re trying to convince me they’re also the good guys
Spoilers ahead, I guess
It’s very clear to me that the story couldn’t decide what it wanted them to be. The whole “maybe i’m a demon, maybe i’m an angel” thing just doesn’t work for me when the grandpa and grandson duo purposefully do stuff that will cause severe trauma to the innocent who they claimed to try and protect. Makes absolutely zero sense. You kill my cat, force me to murder my husband’s side chick, make me watch my (piece of shit, but still) husband die with his last words being how much he loves said side chick, and then you try to kidnap my 14 year old daughter saying you want to marry her… and I’m supposed to be grateful for being given a “new chance in life”? Oh, fuck off, dude.
