this movie is textbook superhero slop and im afraid i still enjoyed it a little bit
but somehow this is a captain america movie where it doesn’t even feel like captain america is the main focus??
also i hate how his character arc was basically the same in his show (FATWS) of “i’m not worthy of being CA”, but just worse because less time to do it 😭
action was enjoyable and call me crazy but i enjoyed the quips and dialogue in this one. unfortunately the plot itself was boring and there were no strong emotional impacts.
this could have been a great nuanced political drama but we had to follow the superhero formula of good guy vs bad guy…
