You can tell they were proud of that song since they play it three damn times. Twice in the credits!!
Refuse to believe the branch that picks best original song actually saw this movie. Anthology movies often struggle with cohesion, and this is no different. Some segments are fine while others are just sloppy.
I think there's something to wanting to make short films that all highlight women filmmakers and women's stories (both of the heroic acts as well as the regular day to day actions), but this collection just feels like good intentions but messy execution.

Tell It Like a Woman

A música é bem “nhé”.

Tell It Like a Woman
Overview: 7 short films that are all horrible and then a Diane Warren song that’s kind of a boo and has an electronic remix

Best Performance: Marcia Gay Garden’s wig

Best Scene: there wasn’t one

Worst Thing About the Movie: Jennifer Hudson and/or Cara Delevigne

Special Shout-out: the real life doctor who wears turquoise eye shadow

Thought I Had While Watching: please dear god kill me

Role Anne Hathaway Should Have Played: Cara Delevigne’s homeless woman
