I genuinely don't have anything meaningful to say about this film, I've watched it many many times because my older sister never ever stops rewatching these films and now my dad keeps doing the same 😭
(i.e. the Taken franchise and the "X Has Fallen franchise and any remotely similar franchise to the two mentioned before except for the Transformers franchise)

Lot worse than the first my god.
The idea of him being taken this time was cool but it wasn’t done that great tbh.
Doesn’t help when one scene has about a million cuts, genuinely couldn’t even see half of the shit that was happening.

How can we capitalise on a great action movie that made us lots of money and is iconic?
Make the exact same film in turkey but he has to save his ex wife instead….
It’s still a decent film as the formula is strong but can’t help but feel like it’s a cheap quick idea to replicate the success or get a quick buck.
How in the world did the main villain die to a hand grab to the face 😂😂. Come on that’s just poor and why in the world does the bad guy seem to run turkey when he’s from Albania.
However the action is good and if it weren’t for Liam neeson this film would’ve been absolute poo.
While slop at times the first half is decent but falls off a bridge at a certain point.
