terrible 😭 really bad acting from basically everyone in this besides .. the obvious one 😂 still a bit phoned in tho. the narration segments this were genuinely some of the worst things i’ve seen on screen 💀 there was one funny stretch in this with the whole haircut fiasco but that was really it.
fun fact: the french title for this was “Mon père et moi" which is VERY FUCKING SIMILAR to the french title of meet the parents "Mon beau-père et moi".. which is funny because the stories are also a little bit similar and both star de niro😭 i wonder how many french people went into this expecting another banger just to get major league slop
also i feel like i remember there being a dog but i cant remember for sure so im not adding it to the list. if somehow anyone sees this and can confirm if there was a dog present at any point id greatly appreciate that😁
