It was alright. A few of his actions and thoughts are similar to the og, but it's very clear that he was dumbed down to fit into a children's movie. Also I did not enjoy the freaky dragon.

I give this 3 stars because it was a lot of fun to watch, even if it wasn't perfect.
The best part for me was how the movie looked. The colors and the animation were really bright and exciting to see on the screen. It had a very fast pace, and the action scenes were handled very well. The main character was also very funny and had a lot of energy throughout the whole story.
The voice acting was another strong point. Everyone did a great job making the characters feel lively and full of personality. There were some parts that felt a little bit silly for my taste, but overall it was a solid movie. It is a good choice if you want to watch something light and colorful that keeps you entertained.
