Crazy deep cuts. Everytime I hear something new of the Shinning or Eyes wide shut for that matter it makes it even more intriguing but also way more disturbing to watch. I do believe the Shinning is one of the darkest films with horrific subcontext that is of extreme relevance today as these topics still in so many places are being needed to be addressed.

extremely meh about this. on one hand it’s interesting to see the crazy theories of fanatics, and some of them were actually interesting. but on the other i think it’s irresponsible to elevate conspiratorial thinking like the moon landing being faked.
