Tashiro locked in recording like rent is due while Ichikawa is fighting for her life in another dimension and Kudo is out there turning into a Kaiju. Professionalism, I say

While Kudo and Ichikawa are possessed fighting some ancient demon giants, Tashiro is just happy to be there

Sure the graphics are a little cheesy, but you're doing yourself a disservice if you can't look past them, because this entire series has been building to this. It's getting grander in scope and way more ambitious, but the answers are starting to reveal themselves. Love crazy Kudo with his baseball bat, and the thing in Akari's mouth while her face morphs around it is genuinely creepy.

Maybe not the "Most Terrifying Movie in History" ... but definitely a strange addition to the series.
"God is, in fact, a monster"I still miss the paranormal feeling of subtle horrors lurking in the background, but I gotta credit this movie as it finally explores the holes left by the previous movies.
We got a whole new crew, composed by, uhm, Uryuin, the exorcist ... whose head got cut off and started levitating around the team; so, next we got the Scientist with ... no eyes because he got possessed as well; well, at least the idol Akari is still ... wait, nope, she puked a white arm and then disappeared.
We got to meet Sensei again, and got the File 02 explained as well (before Kudo murdered him).
We got the main cast destroyed at the end, so ... don't know what else to expect from the next one. Ichikawa got decapitated in the Lovecraft world, and Kudo disappeared after a Kaiju fight with a AOT Titan (the Demon-God Solider).
But the most important thing this movie did was giving us answers about Kudo's childhood and the mistery behind his parents death (with a cool time-plot twist)
