If someone randomly popped into my room holding a knife and told me my only fate was to record, I’d be mad ngl

HEY! The world is ending, so you have to steal a woman‘s panties and… get this… EAT them! HA! That makes total sense 😜😜

I'll see you somewhere else, Shiraishi
In the previous movie, Kudo and Ichikawa got lost in the "other world". Half this 7th movie was about Tashiro getting them back, by doing some crazy rituals (like stealing 2 dolls from a homeless man, eating the panites of an unknown woman and thn cut his own fingers).
I can totally imagine Koji Shiraishi writing the scipt to justify why he had to eat some panties.
I think this movie was one of the weakest of the series: it was a great conclusion to the saga, as we got to see Ichikawa and Kudo again one last time (even though there are 3 more movies), and the most important fact is that they rebooted the whole universe...
but I wouldn't consider it a good horror movie.
Time Travels, Puppets from another world, old characters reappearing out of nowhere and even some from the Shiraishi multiverseaknowledging the fourth wall between our world and the director's filmography.
As I said before, it didn't feel like a Horror movie, ... but more like a ... a Tribute to the whole "Senritsu Kaiki File Kowasugi" saga, the last show where I could greet the characters and stories I enjoyed with my whole heart.
Notes: - Watching Ichikawa's actress act like Kudo, as they switched bodies, was the best thing this movie could offer - It seems the character of Eno comes from another movie of Shiraishi's ("Occult"), and that's why he called Tashiro"Shiraishi" so many times (as the director and actor coincide) ... gotta fill the gap and watch that next.
