Okay I remember seeing this but the last time I did admittedly get bored of it easily. But it's an interesting story about sexual violence, gender and survival. Richard Arlen was a great male lead. Louise Brooks was wonderful, arguably shining in her finest American film! She's so naturalistic in her acting approach that she's gone often underrated as an actress. Wallace Beery sucks
