wonderful insight into an event i had no idea about. truly heartwrenching. it fizzles down in the middle but picks up at the end. could've certainly deserved an extra half or full star if it was just 20 minutes shorter

Attica is such a powerful film that makes you really happy for what you have. 

Learning about what happened at that prison was so engaging and so interesting. That last hour had me so nervous and scared because I had never heard of what happened before. It gets sad. Really really sad. I cried a lot during the last 20 minutes. How they treated human beings like that. It makes you realize how America was and how we are still dealing with some of these issues today. 

A problem that I really did have with this was that it felt and was so long. It really didn’t have to be 2 hr. I felt the runtime and lots of things were repeated and some rungs were in there that never come back up that never needed to be said. 

Overall, I really enjoyed this Doc and really educated me on this topic. Really crazy story.
