Terminator Genisys is a complete mess but it is kind of entertaining if you just want a goofy sci-fi ride Trying to rewrite the timeline of the original movies makes the plot super confusing and casting Arnold Schwarzenegger as an aging protector dad robot is pretty ridiculous Jai Courtney and Emilia Clarke do not really have much chemistry as Kyle and Sarah which hurts the emotional core of the movie The action is big and loud but the twist with John Connor feels cheap and completely ruins his character It is barely a step up from Salvation but it is still pretty fun to turn your brain off and watch.

16 One star for Arnold Schwarzenegger, the rest is crap.
Why is John Connor being recast again? Why does the T-1000 have worse CGI than in 1991? Why? Simply why?
