Christopher Nolan really knows how to make beautiful movies with great scores but what he has when it comes to visuals, he lacks in his pacing. All his movies are just a bit too long and dragged out. I definitely can get past it because of how well done the movie itself is but yeah some of the extra stuff needed to be trimmed off, especially at the end when the war was over. That sequence felt so long and tedious for no real payout. I feel like I’m making this movie sound bad but it really is fantastic but needed to be shortened a bit. I’d watch again.

I waited until today to watch Oppenheimer because I felt like it should be watched in 4K, on a big screen, so when I saw it on Netflix, I immediately fired up the TV at home. And I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that it was visually stunning, full of great performances (shoutout to Cillian Murphy, absolutely knocked it out of the park), and a gorgeous soundtrack courtesy of the amazing Ludwig Göransson. Truly an awe-inspiring experience (though there wasn't nearly enough Cillian sporting the mop of black curls for my liking).
