Its not a scp, he just was a mediocre or average comedian who played a charismatic and colourful character, he made a difference with the palette of colours of their backgrounds and people around him, so, is understandable why him is used now as a sort of internet mistery. What a shame being used like this after fighting your last days on earth with your demons :/
