I feel like this movie was kind of slow paced and it's important enough for the characters development. And the ending was the reality of what would happened. Konni getting lost, Siggi getting isolated, Addi I believed got depressed and Balli going to be free.

wow addi is such a beautiful, well written character. one of the most enthralling protagonists to come out of the last decade. i was so immediately hooked and invested in him and that only grew when he comes to realize his power in the second act. terrific character building

This is striking. It can be so violent and cruel and bleak but also so tender. The characters are so well realized, at no point does the movie absolve or even justify their actions, but it's still able to sweep you into their story. You really do go through a world of emotions - mostly depression, but still a world of emotions. It's a movie that'll stay with you
