I absolutely think it was important that this documentary is made. The way that sex scenes should be filmed now is important to know, as well as the wrong things about it before then.
But…I feel like there could’ve been more discussed in this film, such as how the sex scenes from Blue is the Warmest Color affected the actresses who filmed them. And some of the clips from various movies/tv shows were wrongly placed for the subject that was being discussed. For example, someone was talking about how women need to find their Prince Charming to fight for them. The clip they chose was the beginning of It Follows, where a young woman runs away from a demon following her. That movie isn’t even about finding a man to help you. I’m just nitpicking, but that did bother me a tad.
