this film will always have a special place in my heart due to it being the first “adult” book i ever read (that wasn’t a school assigned book) & the first dvd i ever bought w my own allowance money (in 6th grade)
Jud (Fred Gwynne) elevates this film from a mid tier stephen king adaptation to an insanely memorable horror film that i’ll always recommend. nothing will ever scare me more than zelda and the TERRIBLE parenting of those poor children.
