You know.. this movie like its name hallow.. it’s one of those movies that a substitute would put on in the class room to put every student to sleep. 😴

This was a bit dull and they chickened out on most of the gore and effects. Not much else to say really.

2006 | Invisible Man
I wasn't a big fan of Paul Verhoeven's "Hollow Man", but in comparison this cheaply produced sequel is very bad. Despite a more or less interesting premise, the film doesn't manage to be interesting and both story and characters are extremely interchangeable and quite simply not really interesting. At the beginning, I had the hope that the film would primarily focus on the investigations of the police and thus become a crime thriller in which the killer is invisible. That would at least have made for an interesting change, but unfortunately the film doesn't take this path. The film has no highlights and is only moderately entertaining, but luckily is short and therefore not too boring. Only the effects look quite good, but unfortunately the kills are unspectacular and the film is not as provocative and offensive as its predecessor. A completely unnecessary sequel that really nobody would have needed.
